    1. 000 Webhost is best options for educational purpose.
    It contains Ad Banner Powerd by Hostinger or Made with 000webhost banner, Only 30000 inodes is allowed per hosting account.
    2. AccuWebHosting currently not allowing any account creation in Asia, and has many restrictions on shared hosting
    3. Awardspace is very best option, But there are only three CMS web application (WordPress, GRAV and Joomla) in free account. and another drawback is that after some time it will show a message, hosting resource limit reaches as they also allow 30000 nodes (inodes)
    4. Free Hosting is good platform, but you cant start at there free, they required Premium TLD's (.com, .net,.org, .in) and they dont provide any SubDomain in free account. If you have your own domain than you can start with them, .tk, .ml or any free domain is not allowed while creating account.
    5. Free Hostia only allows 250MB space and monthly bandwidth is also low, It is not recommended for any wordpress site, as there are lots of plugin required to be installed in wordpress site. So I dont recommend Free Hostia.
    6. X10 Hosting, I Tried to sign up but account not opened, So I cant say about this platform
    7. 5GB Free, Although the given space 5GB attracts every users but actually they dont provide 5GB space as there is inodes limit of 100000.
    8. ByetHost or InfinityFree.net is one of the another best option that allow multiple applications to be installed using Softaculous App Installer. Again there is only 30000 inodes allowed in one hosting account.
    9. FreeHostingnoADS allows only 1GB DiskSpace not 20 GB and 5 GB Monthly bandwidth, I do not recommend this platfor as they do not offer any backup options
    10. Free Hosting EU is also not recommended for wordpress hosting as only 200 MB storage allowed.

    If any one wants to start there website they can start with free web host provider that offer premium hosting at reasonable price, as time elapsed you have to move your site to paid web host. So choose wisely. I recommend Awardspace and Byet Host, as there is flexible plan for upgradation at reasonable costs.
